Our Studio Membership is designed for independent makers who are looking for flexibility, creative freedom, and a supportive community to create alongside.
Whether you're continuing your ceramics journey, developing your own body of work, or simply seeking dedicated studio time, our shared studio environment offers the space and resources to help your creativity thrive.
We are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming atmosphere where makers of all experience levels can feel comfortable creating, learning, and connecting.
Membership Fees
Monthly Studio Membership: $150 per month
Studio Induction: $35 (one-off fee)
Membership includes:
Access to the studio from 7:00am – 10:00pm daily
Shared pottery wheels
Shared studio tools and equipment
Access to communal workspaces
One personal shelf for storing work and studio materials
Access to our supportive creative community
Additional Storage
Additional shelving space is available for $17 per month.
To help keep the studio organised and enjoyable for everyone:
All stored items must be clearly labelled.
Shelves should be kept tidy and organised.
Members are expected to wipe down shelves regularly to minimise clay dust.
Storage areas are for studio-related materials and works only.
Studio Hours & Access
Members have access to the studio between 7:00am and 10:00pm daily.
When leaving the studio, members are responsible for:
Turning off lights and equipment.
Ensuring doors and windows are fully secured.
Locking the studio properly.
Respecting neighbouring businesses and local quiet hours.
Access privileges are provided on trust. Misuse of studio access or failure to follow studio procedures may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Membership Payments
Membership fees are paid monthly in advance.
Memberships are invoiced on a rolling monthly basis.
Invoices will be issued one week prior to the commencement of each new month.
Membership periods run from the 1st day to the last day of each month.
If you wish to cancel your membership, a minimum of two weeks' notice is required before the start of the next billing month.
Studio Expectations
To help maintain a positive and enjoyable environment for all members, we ask that everyone:
Work respectfully within shared spaces.
Clean up thoroughly after each session.
Care for studio tools, equipment, furniture, and shelving.
Follow all studio safety procedures and instructions.
Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive studio culture.
We believe a thriving creative community is built on mutual respect, kindness, and consideration for one another.
Kiln Services
Exclusive for members:
Bisque Firing: $11 per kilogram
Glaze Firing: $14 per kilogram
All work must be prepared and submitted according to studio firing guidelines.
All firing is carried out with care, however results cannot be guaranteed.
